OPPOSE HB 5448 AN ACT CONCERNING A RISK PROTECTION ORDER OR WARRANT.
This bill is a slippery slope to the erosion of our basic freedoms. The checks and balances of The Constitution is what makes the citizens of this country free from the government. The fourth amendment wasn’t intended to be executed upon hearsay. This bill simply targets gun owners and denies them the right to due process.
Please protect then rights of Connecticut’s citizens by supporting HB 5432 and HB 5390.
