H.B. 5390 AN ACT CONCERNING THE DUTY TO RETREAT IN A HOUSE OF RELIGIOUS WORSHIP
I am adamantly opposed to this expansion, and equally dramatic loss of rights proposed by H.B. 5448.
An actual abuser can use this to disarm their intended victim, and then following that, their intended and now disarmed potential victim has to prove by a “preponderance of evidence” they are really not the threat. Oppose H.B. 5448.
I am in full support of H.B. 5432 and H.B. 5390. Support Article First, Section 15.
