I am a resident of Connecticut and wish to voice my OPPOSITION to HB 6355 AN ACT CONCERNING RISK PROTECTION ORDERS OR WARRANTS. Rather than find clear and convincing evidence, this bill is basically saying, ‘Better safe than sorry’. This should not be the standard in Connecticut. Oppose HB 6355. Thank you for opposing this bill.
