HB No. 5448 AN ACT CONCERNING A RISK PROTECTION ORDER OR WARRANT is a direct attack on our SECOND and FOURTH AMENDMENT RIGHTS. Removing personal property based upon often times emotional, one sided hearsay is a direct violation of constitutional rights.
