OPPOSE H.B. 5448 AN ACT CONCERNING A RISK PROTECTION ORDER OR WARRANT.
To: Judiciary Committee Members;
Any bill that will allow a judge to hear only one side of a case will only produce a high rate of abuse. Don’t take away constitutional rights based on one sided case. Keep the requirement two officers must investigate.
