UPDATE 8/19/2013: More locations added to the list. Still more to come!

CCDL is holding a raffle to raise money for our lawsuit against Connecticut’s unconstitutional new gun laws. Tickets are $20 each, and only 2000 (correction) 2500 tickets will be sold with all proceeds going to the litigation fund.
We’ve got over 20 prizes, with the top prize being a custom Harley Davidson motorcycle. Other prizes include a ATI Cavalry O/U shotgun, a Charter Arms Chic Lady .38 revolver, a Ruger 10/22 Takedown rifle, and a Ruger LCP .380  pistol.
24 prizes total, and like I said only 2000 2500 tickets, so those are some pretty decent odds.

The drawing will be held on September 21, 2013 at King 33 Training in Southington, CT. This will be the final stop for our 2nd Amendment Poker Run (more on that shortly), winners need not be present to win, but you DO need to be eligible and permitted to win the firearms.

There are several ways to buy raffle tickets.
You can come to our next monthly meeting in Middletown. That will be on September 10th.

  1. Chirs, you’re forgetting about us “Downstaters”. We have Shooters down here in Brookfield, and whatever Scott Moss/Field and Forest in Norwalk is called these days. There’s a couple of other gun shops in Danbury. Don’t forget about us! Our gun rights are as dear to us (maybe more given where we live), as they are to you “Upstaters”!

  2. Came here to post the same thing Howard! I would like to get a ticket or two, but driving 45 minutes is ridiculous. Please get, at the very least, Hiller Sports some tickets.

    • 45 Minutes Drive. The Executive Members do MORE than that many times a month just to keep this organization up and running. If your gun rights are so near and dear to you take a ride and support us.

  3. II know there are other locations in the works, but not locked down yet. I’ll pass this on to the raffle guys, but the store has to agree to it too. To be fair, they were selling tickets at a car/motorcycle show in New Milford last week, but it was kinda short notice.

  4. The Raffle Guys ARE working on more locations. They would never forget or leave out a group of members and/or supporters.. Hope to get as many tickets to as many people and locations as possible. Know we are doing are best to accommodate as many geographical areas as possible. Carry On!

  5. Any chance we can buy these tickets online or somehow? Would love to get some but most of these places are an hour or more away

  6. Same here most places are an hr away to some folks, including myself. Would be great if you can sell them online or give them a nr via email.

  7. Today added Center Sports in Columbia, and Ceniccola’s Italian Deli & Pizzeria in Clinton (where the pig roast was).

Still working on some Southern Locations.

  11. Scott Moss has left the building….Thank God !!
Paul Hiller “Hiller Sports” is now the owner of the store located at 4 New Cannan Ave in Norwalk. He is a party to the CCDL Lawsuit as well! We here in Norwalk make sure to patronize his store every chance we get.

  12. Thanks to EVERYONE for their generosity today buying raffle tickets. Ray and I were busy non-stop. We are trying to get around to as many areas as we can but there are just TWO of us selling in person at various locations and it is VERY hard to get to within 15 minutes of everyone. However, IF we haven’t made it to your area, don’t despair! You can buy tickets directly from me if you wish, You can simply send me a check made out to “CCDL” and I will mail you the ticket stubs. Please email me directly at and I will make sure that we get tickets in your hands.
